Shortcode Reference

HR Press Pro does not currently provide public-facing shortcodes. All HR management operations — attendance, leave, payroll, announcements, and employee records — are handled from the WordPress admin dashboard.

Employee Access

Employees access their records through the standard WordPress admin interface. To limit their view to HR-relevant pages only, assign the built-in hr_press_emp role, which restricts access to the HR Press menu without exposing unrelated admin areas.

Planned Shortcodes

Frontend shortcodes for employee self-service (clock-in widget, leave application form, holiday calendar, and personal dashboard) are planned for a future release. This page will be updated when they are available.
