HR Press Pro is a self-hosted HR management plugin for WordPress. It manages employee directories, organizational hierarchies, shifts, leave, daily attendance, payroll, and company announcements, all from the WordPress dashboard.
Core Operational Modules
- Organizational Structure: Multi-level department hierarchies, custom designations (job titles), and department head assignments.
- Employee Directory: Centralized employee records, employment contracts, emergency contacts, document attachments, and linked WordPress user profiles.
- Shift & Schedule Management: Configurable work shifts with custom start/end times, clock-in grace periods, and late tolerance thresholds.
- Leave Management & Approval Workflows: Customizable leave categories (Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity/Paternity), annual quotas, carry-forward policies, and multi-tier manager approval pipelines.
- Attendance & Time Tracking: Daily self-service web clock-in/out, IP restriction support, admin/HR manual attendance adjustments, late arrival logging, and monthly timesheets.
- Holiday Calendars: Annual holiday scheduling, multi-day recurring events, and regional holiday assignments.
- Payroll & Payslips: Monthly payroll records per employee capturing basic salary, a single allowance amount, and a single deduction amount. Net salary is calculated automatically, and printable payslips can be generated with payment status tracking (
Paid,Pending). - Company Announcements: Broadcast notices to all staff or targeted specific departments.
- Reports & Exports: Attendance percentage reports, leave balance utilization sheets, payroll summaries, and CSV/Excel data export.
- Employee Self-Service Portal: Admin-side access for employees to view their personal profile, attendance records, leave balances, holiday schedules, and payslips from the WordPress dashboard.
