Installation & License Activation

Install Nexora, activate your license key, and get automatic dashboard updates.

Prerequisites

Ensure your server meets the minimum requirements before installation: PHP 8.1 or higher, WordPress 6.5+, and MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+. Nexora uses standard WordPress REST API endpoints.

Download the Plugin ZIP

Log in to your CodeClove Account, navigate to the Downloads tab, and click Download next to Nexora - Education Management System to get the nexora.zip file. Copy your License Key from the same screen.

Upload and Install via WordPress Dashboard

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard (/wp-admin).
2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
3. Click the Upload Plugin button at the top.
4. Select the downloaded nexora.zip file and click Install Now.
5. Once the upload completes, click Activate Plugin.

Activate Your License Key

An active license key enables automatic updates in your WordPress dashboard.

1. Go to Nexora > Settings > System (or License tab).
2. Paste your license key into the License Key input field.
3. Click Activate License.
4. The status indicator will switch to Active.

Staging & Local Development Activations

Your license key can be activated on local development environments and staging subdomains without consuming your live site activation limit:

• Local development domains: *.test, *.local, localhost, 127.0.0.1.
• Staging subdomains: staging.*, dev.*, test.*.

When migrating from staging to your live production domain, activate the license key on the live site from Nexora > Settings.

Automatic Updates

Once your license key is active, plugin updates appear automatically in your WordPress dashboard under Dashboard > Updates and Plugins.

1. When a new version is released, an update notice will display in your Plugins list.
2. Click Update Now to perform a one-click in-place update.
3. Your database tables and operational records are automatically updated during activation.

License Renewal

Licenses renew annually. Renewal covers updates, WordPress compatibility patches, and priority support.

1. Log in to your CodeClove Account.
2. Navigate to the Licenses tab.
3. Click Renew next to your Nexora license key.
4. Complete the checkout process.
5. Your active license key will instantly extend without requiring re-entry in your WordPress dashboard.
